In early October, the daily highs in the Tucson area run in the low-90s while evening temperatures are typically in the high-60s.

 

There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your sunscreen and your Go Pokes gear!

Meals

Meals, unless otherwise specified, are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures​​​.​​​

Game Tickets

Game tickets will be transferred via text from the Oklahoma State Alumni Association to arrive no later than Tuesday, September 30th. They will be sent to the email address provided for the main reservation contact.

Tour Desk

An OSUAA/Spears Travel Information Desk will be staffed at your hotel during dedicated hours (see below) to provide information and assistance as needed.

Luggage

To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Make sure you have identification on each of your bags including your name, address and cell phone number​

  2. Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item and one (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat.

  3. Checked bags will incur a fee of $40 for the first bag and $50 for a second bag. Fees are payable to the ticket agent upon check-in. Standard checked bag allowance is a total of 62 inches (Length + Width + Height) and must weigh 50 lbs per bag or less.

  4. Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.

  5. All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines should be in your carry-on or personal item.

Official Tour Credential

To help our tour hosts identify you as part of our tour group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for all transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the hotel.
